Back to School

Well, I am happy to tell you that I am finished with school!! It is such an amazing feeling to have accomplished something that was once, only a dream!! I cannot wait to really get my business off the ground and be able to take some of the weight off of my hubby shoulders.

While I have finished school, my babies started! Our oldest began middles school this year and our youngest has started Pre-K! I do not know where the time goes! I know that I am truly blessed to be able to have such wonderful kids! I praise God every day for them (even the challenges they bring to our table). I am very thankful that God has grown me so much and has given me some amazing people to see things I couldn't see in myself. I had to learn to trust God to keep our son in remission. I had to look at the fact that I was allowing his condition to control his life. I had to really trust God and not hold him back from life. It was a hard chunk to swallow, but am very glad I did. We went ahead and let go a little and sent him to school, trusting that God is protecting him.

I find that letting go is not at an easy task, but a necessary one. One that requires daily help from my Lord and Savior. Thankfully, He is always there! He gently and calmly repeats His promises. Day by day, I trust deeper and hold on stronger to them, knowing that we are in His hands! And I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
