feverish blessings

So, I woke up with a cold this morning. I ended up with a fever and just plain feeling icky. Hubby took the kids to a friend's house where they are enjoying a bbq, friends and family. I do not want you to feel too sorry for me, though. I have enjoyed several bubble baths by candlelight and a good book! The most exciting part: the dog was the only one that interrupted my bath. Only to sniff and make sure I was ok, and then quietly lie down on the rug.
