Today's Little Thing: Perfect Weather!

This summer has been unusually HOT and DRY! Due it being 90 degrees at 6 or 7 am, we have not had our usual walks in the park. We woke up today, to a delicious cup of joe I might add, another yogurt/berry parfait and gorgeous 70 degree weather! We dropped sister off at school, and returned home to leash up the pups and go to the park.

Just a little thing, that got us off on the right foot!

The dogs were super excited to be out, as well! We walked just over two miles, played at the playground and chased spooky squirrels. Aiden has called them "spooky squirrels" since he was little. They will hang on the trees and then chase you down the trail. Thanks to those people who feed them nuts on their walks!

The pups are now asleep, resting their tired little legs and Aiden and I are energized and working on our school work.
