Change-up

Life is in full swing! We've been pitched fast balls, a few curve balls and a screw ball here and there.

Fast balls have blurred past leaving only pictures and memories of our summer. The kids start school this week. The new co-op will start next week, and life will really get interesting. My pre-k/Kinder class has about 10 kids in it. My art class will have 24. EEEK! It is combined 1st through 6th grade. Fun is promised to be had!

Curve balls & screw balls have thrown wrenches in our game and caused us to re-evaluate things. Nothing like a little perspective to make you see things in a much brighter light. We have had a few "hard to swallow" moments, but with God's amazing grace, we will come through these fires refined!

A change-up is usually a little rocky at first. However, it brings with it the promise of new things. It refreshes us and enables to endure. Even if we go into extra innings.
